Deadlines

• Extended Abstract or Full/Short Paper Submission: 10th December 2025​

Please make full paper submissions during the initial submission for full consideration for the Scopus-indexed AIP proceedings.

• Review Completion & Notification: 14th December 2025 

Notifications are sent out based on submission dates. 

• Full Papers (Camera-Ready): 31st March 2026 (all submission requirements must be on file.)

The full paper submission link will be made available ONLY after final registration on 7th March 2025

• Registration Deadline: 14th January 2026

• ​Conference: 24-25 January 2026

NOTE: Please note that deadlines may or may not be extended at the discretion of the conference chairs. Please contact the chairs in advance if you foresee additional time requirements.
